As awareness of dementia continues to grow, join us and Susan Frick, MSW, LSW, of the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center (Chicago, IL) for an informative community conversation about how we can better understand and support people living with dementia.
Susan is a social worker at the Rush Alzheimer’s Disease Center and serves as one of the state leads for both the Dementia Friendly and Dementia Friends initiatives in Illinois. Together, these initiatives work to increase understanding of dementia and help create more supportive communities for people living with dementia and those who care for them.
