Our Strategic Plan Philosophy:
At Main Stay, we understand that our ability to serve our community effectively relies on our long-term sustainability and relevance. This means ensuring that we have the resources, leadership, and adaptability to continue making a positive impact in our community for years to come. To that end, our 2025-2028 strategic plan will focus on four goals, each supported by focused objectives:
