Overview
Rhythm plays a very important role in our lives and most of the time we don’t think about it unless we’re listening to music or dancing. Riding and the beats of the horses’ movement provides a great opportunity for our bodies to receive this input and working with them on the ground can also impact our system.

- How Rhythm builds a Regulated Brain and Body for better learning
- Using Rhythm for Connection
- Simple and fun low-cost tools for rhythm

Jan is Clinical Director at Peace Ranch in Traverse City, Michigan. Peace Ranch utilizes the Neuro-Sequential Model, incorporating rhythm in an experiential way with horses in a natural environment.
