Rhythm plays a very important role in our lives and most of the time we don’t think about it unless we’re listening to music or dancing. Riding and the beats of the horses’ movement provides a great opportunity for our bodies to receive this input and working with them on the ground can also impact our system.

Participants will learn:

  • Why is Rhythm important?
  • How Rhythm builds a Regulated Brain and Body for better learning
  • Using Rhythm for Connection
  • Simple and fun low-cost tools for rhythm
