Main Stay Welcomes Vickie Drendel and Nicole Tamburrino to Its Board of Directors

Main Stay Therapeutic Farm is pleased to announce the addition of two dedicated community leaders to its Board of Directors: Vickie Drendel and Nicole Tamburrino.

Vickie Drendel

Vickie has volunteered in Main Stay’s adaptive riding program for several years. She has held various leadership roles in corporate and philanthropic organizations. An avid equestrian, Vickie is passionate about showing her American Saddlebreds and volunteering in the community.

Nicole Tamburrino

Nicole is currently the Director of Clinical Operations at Meridian Health. She discovered Main Stay while searching for an animal-assisted learning program to partner with for her clients. Nicole holds a Master’s in Social Work, a certification in Animal-Assisted Interventions and has a soft spot for Main Stay goat, Ernie.

Vickie and Nicole join an accomplished group of dedicated members who help guide Main Stay’s growth and impact:

  • Donna Bird is the current board chair, has served on the Main Stay board for the past eight years. Donna is an HR professional at Scot Forge.
  • Matthew Rak, who has been on the Main Stay board since 2023, serves as Vice President. He is a data engineer.
  • Sara Foszcz is the founder of Main Stay. As a professional equestrian in 1987, she decided to share her love, passion and the transformative healing powers of horses with others.
  • Mollie Dahlin, who joined the Main Stay Board of Directors in 2025, currently serves as Secretary. Mollie is a criminal trial attorney who also handles guardianships for individuals with disabilities.
  • Ronda Gabbard, a retired educator and musician, became a member of the Main Stay board in 2025.

We are grateful to all our board members for bringing their time, talent and dedication to Main Stay’s mission. Their commitment helps ensure a strong future for the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
