Proceeds from this family-friendly 5K and 1 mile walk/run will benefit six local nonprofit organizations: Main Stay Farm, Big Brothers Big Sisters of McHenry County, CASA of McHenry County, Girls on the Run Northwest Illinois, Kids in Need of McHenry County, and Kiwanis Club of Crystal Lake.

The McHenry County Santa Run for Kids takes place annually in the heart of downtown Crystal Lake, attracting runners and families for a festive holiday event. The race is open to strollers and dogs and offers a flat course.
